Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 2nd Shift (3:30 pm – 2 am Monday – Thursday) at our integrated materials plant in Eau Claire, WI making custom packaging.  This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $19.87 plus shift differential of $1.15.  Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Ventek Solutions.

 Requirement:

• Proficiently operate and assist others with setup and operation of all Assembly equipment.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and operating procedures are followed.
• Closely follow all manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Assist in physical inventory at month end, yearend, and during audits.  
• Ability to handle wood and lift to 50 pounds frequently, stand for an extended period.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints and specs.
• Physical requirement, including but not limited to performing repetitive tasks, perform firm/strong grasping, bending,           lifting, stretching, stooping, reaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Being reliable and work independently or with a team.
• Working in ambient temperatures.
