Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate I – 1st Shift at our integrated materials plant in Eau Claire, WI making custom packaging.  This position reports to the Shift Supervisor.  Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to the Ventek Solutions. 

Requirements:

• Operating the following equipment:  Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, Stretch Wrappers, Tape Measure.
• Other equipment as trained on.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Closely follow all manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Assist in physical inventory at month end, yearend, and during audits.  
• Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for an extended period.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including but not limited to performing repetitive tasks, perform firm/strong grasping, bending, lifting, stretching, stooping, reaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Being reliable and able to work independently.
